Greg,
Just a note to tell you again how much we enjoyed the
trip to Branson this
year. I have been traveling with groups for over
20 years, and this was,
without a doubt, one of the best trips I have ever
experienced. Greg and
Milita Hoffman as well as Dee Bop were great throughout
the trip.
Everything was very organized and the shows were
wonderful. Our performance
at the Lawrence Welk Theatre was an experience the
students will never
forget. In addition, the facilities proved easy to
supervise with a great
pool area and a cordial staff.
Following trips to San Antonio and Orlando, the students
had doubts about a
trip to Branson. Happily, all fears were rested
with a wonderful trip. All
of the shows were great. In this day of justification
for everything we do,
I think this is the perfect trip for any performing
group. Each show had
educational value, but the students enjoyed them so much
they did not even
realize they were learning!
To sum up, I think the best quote was from one of our
Band Booster officers
who said, "I think you should just do THIS trip
every time." Thanks again
and do not hesitate to have anyone contact me if they
are considering this
type of trip.
